Founder and Head Machinist, Ryan Upton
RPP has been a vision and a dream of mine for more than two decades. Working in both machining and manufacturing environments my entire career, earning both a journeyman’s card and a MBA my passion has always been to pursue entrepreneurship. Producing an innovative quality products at a competitive price is my goal. I also believe by understanding the true meaning cost of quality is key to the success of RPP and leaving a legacy my children can be proud of.
